1) Cancellation Charges
- - Upto 21 Days - 20% Deducted
- - 21-15 Days - 40% Deducted
- - 14-8 Days - 60% Deducted
- - 7-0 Days - No Refund
2) GST is non Refundable
3) Refund will be done in mode of Credit Note with Lifetime Validity, if refund is applicable as per above cancellation policy.
4) No cash refund will be done in any case.

1. We almost never cancel our treks. However, if a trek is canceled due to:
- - Lockdown
- - Natural calamities (thunderstorms, floods, landslides, earthquakes, bad weather)
- - Unexpected political unrest
- - Terrorism activity
- - Curfews
- - Local riots
- - Government orders
2. Trekkers Of Maharashtra will:
- Issue a voucher for the full amount of your trek fee, OR
- Arrange an alternate trek in next weekend as per weather conditions
3. You can redeem the trek voucher on any of our treks over the next year, with the option to extend it in case of an emergency.
4. No cash refunds will be provided.
5. If a trekker is on a trek and it cannot be completed due to:
- - Natural calamities
- - Bad Weather
- - Unexpected political unrest
- - Terrorism activity
- - Curfews
- - Local riots
- - Government orders
There would be NO REFUND in this case.
