The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get canceled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same. Thrillcash+ will be allocated in your Thrillophilia wallet which can be used anytime in the future.

If rescheduling requests are made 72 hours before the date of travel, no amount will be charged as rescheduling fees.

If rescheduling requests are made between 0 to 72 hours before the date of travel, 30% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees.

All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

• If cancellation are made 3 days before the date of travel then 0.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• If cancellation are made 1 days to 3 days before the date of travel then 40.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• If cancellation are made 0 hours to 1 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Refunds in the TOM wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.
