The Devkund Waterfall is a hidden gem in the Western Ghats of Maharashtra. The lush greenery, gushing water streams, fresh soil, wooden bridges, and vast open fields together give a beautifully peaceful journey to “Bathing Pond of Gods". The locals believe that the pond is sacred as it holds mythological significance. Devkund waterfall trek in Maharashtra passes through a hydroelectric power generating dam called Mulshi Dam Or Tata Power Dam, in the quaint village of Bhira.
This one-day trek in Maharashtra is just 125 km from Mumbai and 99.4 km from Pune. With a moderate difficulty level, this trek requires good spatial skills.
